Reduce avatar's size in notification dropdown

The size of the avatar in the notification dropdown is way too big. I think it's better if it is very much smaller.

Do I need to clear cache to see the new size? So far even with cache cleared, it's still the same huge avatars.

Yup clear cache (and refresh) - works for me after @julian pushed

On here? Just reload the css (clear cache should be fine). On yours, you'll have to update the vanilla theme.
