v1.0.0: Lavender theme - Edited Posts Display Odd Update Time

Since upgrading to v1.0.0 I notice now that posts that have been edited no longer show a readable update time but rather a "Z" time. For example:

v0.9.4

now:
v1.0.0

Anyone else having these problems?
