How can i restore my mongodb from mongodump?

Hi Guys, I see how to back up mongodb in the doc here https://docs.nodebb.org/en/latest/upgrading/index.html#back-up-your-data

But i would like to know how i can mongorestore it from my local to my openshift mongodb?

Also, I would like to know if backing up mongodb saves all the users profile data in my forum? Because I can't see any users data in mongodb. May be its restricted.

@Nisthar User data is stored in MongoDB, just like post and topic content.
