    If one provides some support for a user it sometimes ends with something alike

    Now for a third party it might look like someone is already supporting that user (due to several ping-pong posts) so he/she is skipping that topic without an excessive look.

    I'd propose two new groups @team-mongo and @team-redis to allow pinging the appropriate in such a situation 🙂
