Probably not... but a good (if inaccurate) test would be to run ab against it from a different machine.
e.g. ab -c 100 -n1000
Skins in ACP wont load; clocks forever

Just opened a new server with Mongo, it is 0.9.2. When clicking on themes or custom CSS it works fine. But, when clicking on Skins it just clocks forever. By forever, I mean that I left it up over night.

@bitspook there is a problem with bootswatch API. It's fixed in latest master.
