Need help about reputation stuff

Hey guy, I am a new SEO from China, and it is my pleasure to use node BB. However, I am bit confused about how to use the reputation stuff here. I check the personal profile of a user, but there is no reputation presented. Are there any settings I need to do to open it or I need to update my version. It is 0.8.2 I am using.

By default, reputation is enabled on new installations. Users are allowed to up and downvote, the required reputation to downvote can be set. Also there won't be a reputation field on the profile page if the user has 0 reputation. Once the user acquires reputation then it will be shown on the profile.
