Unregistred user can't see picture in topics

Hi,
I have a bug whith my forum.
When you upload a picture in a topic whith the upload button it appears in the preview section and in the topic when you submit, but if an unregistred user come to this topic, he will have a 403 error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)" for the picture's URL.Any solution for that ?
I'm on 0.9.0, debian server and Apache.

On Vanilla theme.

Looks like vanilla wasn't published with those changes, you can install vanilla 5.0.14 and it should be fixed.
