Try to disable CloudFlare for test purposes.

We've tried across 3 different Safari browsers using Version 9.0.1 (10601.2.7.2) but receive an error message when attempting to register. Error “forbidden”. Works fine on all other browsers.
Is there a fix for this?
How about checking the server logs first. It might be Safari itself.
