Notifications wrong URL "/forum/forum"

For some reason the notification links are not working anymore. I have my forum installed into a sub directory (/forum). So a forum link should look like https://mydomain.tld/forum/topic/123/blabla.
Now the notification links give me https://mydomain.tld/forum/forum/topic/123/blabla. So twice the path.
The log files are empty and all services seem to just do fine.

Update:
It seems to only be an issue with the shortcut, but not with the full page.

@julian all. I found a temporary fix though. I set a relative path in my config.json and now at least I get redirected to the right URL's, instead of receiving a not found error.
