Display time-ago in chat message modal

It would be cool if individual chat messages were given a "time ago" in chat modals. Currently they don't seem to have any kind of date or time displayed next to them.

If you inspect the html they are there but invisible.

@baris right I see. It looks as though an absolute date is being used for the value of the element's title attribute, but the element itself is empty.

I pull from 0.8.x repo. Which repo should I use to get bleeding, and hence those daily changes?
