bug: Stopped working in animation avatars.

To test, I tried to establish -

We moved imagemagick out into a plugin:

Enable this to allow animated avatars. I should do this for our forum too, I miss my animated gif avatar

Well, everything was working after I removed gm from node_modules.

Why on this forum is a module nodebb-plugin-imagemagick not install?
