Image Upload on Android

Present on my forum using an S3 plugin, and present on this forum too.

To recreate:

• On mobile device select a post to reply to
• Click the landscape picture icon (to upload)
• Select either 'Camera' or Documents
• Take a picture and select OK, or select one from documents

Expected Result:
Image uploads with progress text, on completion the preview is updated.

Actual Result:
Nothing happens, no console log information
