including video! this is all based on spec-standard ActivityPub

the custom jsonld document at https://fedia.io/contexts should look like that image above, not a flat array as exists there now (attached, formatted)
-
Thanks, got it. I think we try do that in the code now: https://github.com/MbinOrg/mbin/blob/bee8659f4522ab70c71e4f0692b26224e96099f3/src/Entity/Contracts/ActivityPubActivityInterface.php#L18
But I believe this array is getting destroyed by PHP when using
array_merge
at line 22 here: https://github.com/MbinOrg/mbin/blob/bee8659f4522ab70c71e4f0692b26224e96099f3/src/Service/ActivityPub/ContextsProvider.php#L22 -

@js @Fitik See my PR: https://github.com/MbinOrg/mbin/pull/1060 And live demo: https://kbin.melroy.org/contexts. Should be good now right?

Polls are not a Mastodon-specific feature, they can be expressed well in standard ActivityPub, which means standards-based apps like BrowserPub can render them
Here is a recent poll example from @evan

@[email protected] Seems to not work with instances enforcing signed fetches.

@privateger can you provide a sample url?
it does do signing under the hood when it detects it's needed, like threads or gotosocial

@js @silverpill probably the bigger question is whether you want contributors.
Also, do you route requests through the b.s server if the remote server uses authorized fetch?

1. not sure yet - it's a passion project and still very early days (e.g. it does jsonld validation under the hood but not exposed in the UI yet)
2. yes (try a federated threads profile or post url, or gotosocial)

@[email protected] You can't do signing depending on instance software, it's also a setting that can be set in instance options. Just do it by default, not really much reason not to do so.
Use my profile URL.
