Working smtp / mandrill emailer for 0.7-dev

Hi i was wondering there is a working emailer plugin for smtp or mandrill.
None of existing emailers were loaded or showed up in admin ui for 0.7-dev -
@Anton-Hammerschmidt nodebb-plugin-emailer-mandrill works for me on 0.7-dev

@Anton-Hammerschmidt is the plugin installed? Did you activate it after installing?

i installed it via npm install nodebb-plugin-emailer-mandrill.
What duo mean with activate? -
the problem is, this page seems not to work. when i click it, nothing happens. is there another way to activate it?
