Seems to be an issue with the vanilla theme only. Have you tried the Lavender themes?

Issue was fixed in ACP because it uses a separate bootstrap version. gh#2591 reopened.
@Dazzuh If you're running a flavour of Linux, best bet is to install using their package manager... Ubuntu? CentOS?
oh I tried, according to ubuntu package manager I was already up to date. Already figured it out though. Thanks for your help.
