Is it possible to reset privileges?

Is it possible some how to reset privileges either programatically or withit the Admin dashboard facility?
Apparently I've broke up my admin account and can't post messages, manage users...so almost anything.

And try to find out the solution how to make it work.

Can you explain more about how you "broke" your admin account? That should not affect posting privileges... are you saying you've locked yourself out of the ACP?
