nofollow-Tag to all external Links

Hello,

it is possible to add the rel="nofollow"-Tag to all external Links in nodebb? I have see commented-out code in node-plugin-markdown/index.js wich add an function addNofollow().

Why is this Code inactive?

Because it would break all plugins, it's considered a breaking change.

It will probably be reintroduced at some point.
