Widgets viewable only by guests

I'd like to be able to make certain widgets only viewable by guests for the purpose of making different user experiences for those logged in and for those who are just browsing. Currently there is the capability of making a widget viewable only by those logged in but I'd like the option to only show it to ones who are logged out.

Plugins can change the rendered widget on a per user basis.

Is there a plugin that does this, in that case?

@Tanner plugins can only do this for their own widgets though.

@Schamper How would one customize say, the custom-homepage widget to show only to users who are not logged in then?
