My settings are correct?

1. I want user reputation to increase by 1 for each post they make.

2. if a registered user has been with us for more than 365 days, their reputation should increase by 50, and this bonus should be compounded annually

For the second reward you should set the bottom option to 1 so it is only awarded once, but otherwise those settings should work I think.
