Avatar Gallery

Hi, one feature I'd like to request is an Avatar Gallery. Allow the user to pick from a predefined selection of avatars and disallow uploading of images. Allow admins to configure the available avatars. I've seen other forums have this feature. I might attempt to create this as a plugin if I can successfully teach myself how.

I've made some good progress on building this plugin but it's far from done. It's going to support user access levels so you can designate specific avatars for each permission level. (users, mods, admins). Been struggling a bit as this is my first NodeBB plugin. Any tips or tricks or hints are appreciated.
