Blog comments on external blog website

Hello,
I wonder if we can use this blog comments plugin for external blog websites?

Let's say, we have our forum at ourforum.com and our blog at ourblog.com (with Ghost or WP), can we use this plugin to create a comment section in ourblog.com and the comments can be done by forum users directly?
Just like, how it functions here...
And it does not need to create a category/topics on the forum... We would like to have comment section only...

@crazycells yes, we currently use that plug-in for the blog comments in our blog

yes, but, it is on the same domain here... used as subdomain...
community.nodebb.org
andnodebb.org/blog
can we use it on a completely different domain than our forum? such as
blog.com
andforum.com

hi @julian , sorry bugging you with this question... I wonder if we can give our forum the comment access of another blog using this plugin. forum and blog websites will be on completely separate domains...
-
@crazycells ah sorry, I didn't respond because I wasn't sure...
But I think it should be fine. Technically according to browser security policy, nodebb.org and community.nodebb.org are essentially different sites.
So if you used a different domain the same restrictions apply, but the plugin should still work.

Thank you very much, we will try it and report the outcome then...
