What does this folder do？

In the theme "nodebb-theme-vanilla", there have a "bootstrap-rtl" folder, what does it do? And what "rtl" means?

hmm i think trl is "Right-to-Left ", this stand in a document in this folder, but for what i have no idea..maybe go for the languages from left to right ?

@helltux is currect, it is for Right-to-left languages, like Persian, Arabic, etc. Those CSS rules are not applied to regular languages. I believe it specifically looks for a data-rtl attribute in the body tag.
