Is there a way to share an invitation link via Signal (or as a DM on social networks)?

I'd like to invite some people I don't have an email address for but am in contact with on Signal or various social networks. Is there a way to generate an invitation link to share with them, or some other clever trick?

Not a programmer but I suppose some OS call up like happens when you hit a typical share via email button, this usually that populates a new email using your native OS email client, filling the message body with in signal with appraise link but with blank recipient
