Markdown and Composer plugins error

I'm trying to install plugins related to Markdown and Composer, but when I install them, the plugins don't work and give this error. How can I resolve this issue?

Did you rebuild & restart after activating the plugin? That error message means the language file for the plugin is missing, these files are built when you rebuild nodebb.

I was just restarting, but now I'm going to rebuild. Seeing a Turkish admin makes me very happy
