Unable to find newsletter option in plugins list

I have installed the newsletter plugin and I couldn't able to find the option under plugins

@Varun-Ganesh-D Define "Installed". Did you rebuild and restart nodebb afterwards?

Also, what version of nodebb? I presume 2.x. In which case I refer you here:
