Upload images attach Error

I'm having trouble attaching images to forum threads. Could anyone tell me why this is happening and what are the possible solutions?

Do you have access to the server side nodebb logs? There might be an error when you upload the image. Can you upload same image here?

@baris The company I work for has a forum powered by NodeBB. Nobody is able to attach images to threads, so I came here to the community to find solutions.

@Akira Someone from your company will need to look at the server logs to see what the issue is.

@Akira This error occurs because you exceeded the limits set for normal users by the iframely plugin you are using.

@Akira Could be a variety of root causes. Broadly speaking, these break down to web/reverse proxy server and app server issues, e.g. Nginx and NodeBB, respectively. If possible you should endeavor to examine the logs from each.
