NodeBB keeps crashing!

@julian Okey dokey. Any idea if this would be a plugin-related thing or something else?
EDIT: Different question: is there a way to get notified when the site goes down? (so I don't have to click click click and try things to see if it breaks)

New error: The "New Topic" button isn't working -- if you type a question, it won't let you submit it, and often it won't let you click on the button at all.

And another error:
No matter what page you click, it stays on the current page (recent topics), but when the error shows up it's on the tags page. Something is really breaking down, not sure what.

Disabled all nonessential plugins, took out "ask new question" button from sidebar. Will see if it crashes again.
