Upgrading to 2.0.0 crashed the forum

    Upgrade did not work
    I tried a clean install of 2.0.0 and a connection to the previous Mongo database
    Search did not work
    I tried to turn off the plugin and build again
    And did not work
    Attached are the steps from the terminal

    You don't run ./nodebb setup to upgrade.

    • pkill -9 node to kill off NodeBB running on the machine.
    • ./nodebb upgrade to upgrade
    • ./nodebb start to start

    As for search... try re-indexing the forum content from the DB Search plugin page in the ACP.

    i ended up reinstalling it and putting the /forum in on setup and it worked

    @Aureney Not sure if it's still the case but according to this it's not compatible with nodebb 1.x.x
