Styling Preview Block On Hover

Hi I need help stying the preview block on hover in blockquotes. See screenshot below:

We are using the Slick theme. I need to change the background for the preview block if possible. Thanks!

The template used for the preview is here https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB/blob/master/src/views/partials/topic/post-preview.tpl.
You can use #post-tooltip to style it.
