Pwa to apk convert

Nodebb is a PWA site. I am trying to convert my nodebb forum pwa to apk format using tools like pwatoapp.com like tools. But it
Asking it should have web app manifest. May I know whether nodebb has Web app manifest?

Is there any other tool to convert to apk format?
