Unsolved Excluding certaing members from /users lists

Hi,

is it possible to exclude a certain group from the /users list?

Let's say I have created a group called "group X" from members A, B, and C ...

Can I prevent users A, B, and C to be seen in the user lists such as "Top Posters" and "Most Reputation" lists...

This is not available out of the box, would need a plugin to remove certain users when loading /users page.
