Yes, it is, albeit with the header menu cropped out to show only most relevant bits.

No. That looks to be the admin control panel for your web hosting provider?

1. Visit your NodeBB site, e.g. your-nodebb-site.com
2. Login as "Admin"
3. Visit URL at your-nodebb-site.com/admin
4. You'll be presented with the Admin Control Panel Dashboard.
5. Select "Extend" from the top menu.
6. Select "Recent Cards" from "Available Widgets" drop down menu on the right.
7. Place widget in "Categories Header", not "Sidebar" nor "Footer".
8. Save changes.

CLick on the little gears icon. That's the ACP button.

YES.
I install the plugin, make widget in catgories.tpl.
and rebuild&restart the forum.
but still this blank line

I change "lang page" from hebrow to english-the plugin runnig.
re to hebrow-not running.
this plugin don't runnning in hebrow
