Hi everyone,

I just installed my forum. Is there a way to remove the number next to each category that is displayed on the homepage?

I am currently using the "Vanilla" theme that comes with nodeBB.

You can hide it by using custom css in the ACP.

@julian said in HUh.. where is delete category/sub-category?: The way we use "purge" is for clearing out an item from the db, so in our eyes, the nomenclature is correct. The function is specific to removing the category from the database. We are careful to not call it deleting because deleting implies that it can be "undeleted", whereas you cannot unpurge something. You say potatoes I say tomatoes!

As I've written above, I've created the new theme by duplicating the folder "nodebb-theme-persona" in nodebb/node_modules, then renaming the new folder. So that's where I'm editing I've also checked whether the upload was successful - it is, files are edited. Is it possible this has to do with some caching issue in the server? Or perhaps how I created this theme - not by installing it through the command npm?
Is there a way to ban an e-mail address or pattern?
