@anthonym I tried the solution given by PitaJ, but still I'm facing the issue of repetition of the logos.
I'll be really thankful to you if you please share your solution, thanks.
Not sure how widely known this is, but came across Lavish Bootstrap, which allows you to generate your own Bootstrap color scheme from an image. I did notice that it fixes the width of the categories, so you will need to go through and delete all the .col classes from the custom. But could be useful for those that can't be bothered to create their own themes and just want a little colour change. (You could probably put a screenshot of your existing forum in and get a theme out that looks similar with a few option tweaks.
You can either create your own theme using the less files, or just drop the CSS into ACP>Themes>Customise, both work.
Anyway, have a play here, and then maybe someday when users can pick their own themes, someone could shoehorn this sort of functionality in with it via a plugin.
Looks pretty cool, interesting idea
Nice. But I do not get any other colour schemes but only one. No matter I restart Nodebb or not.
@meetdilip Did you tick use custom css at the bottom of the ACP>Themes>Customise page?

Yes. Can't we use the skins options instead ? I guess @psychobunny mentioned it is not available. Would have been nice if we have it.
@meetdilip Must admit, not tried that yet. But should be possible, depends how the skins are defined.
No worries. You shared something really useful. Will try and play with it.
@meetdilip Skins are defined by a third-party bootstrap service we use called Bootswatch -- we don't control the colour schemes they provide
Yes. I did see them while trying to make something out of Bootstrap. @psychobunny mentioned that Vanilla is hard coded to this colour. Since there was an upgrade, I was simply checking that if that part has changed. I did try using other skins from ACP without success.
It's actually Lavender that's hardcoded to this colour, Vanilla (which isn't the default theme) is much more compatible with Bootswatch
I often get confused with those names. Lavender good in many ways compared to Vanilla. Especially the recent update made it better.
