Customize forum collection information

I install and activate the nodebb-plugin-customize, but the plugin is not working. it keeps loading.

Running Nodebb v 1.13.0

Have you tried rebuilding and restarting?

Thanks for your reply. i restarted 3 times but didn't rebuild. can i rebuild without losing my data?

@waldhay yes, you're supposed to rebuild and restart after installing plugins or changing themes.
