Mention others threads without full URL

Maybe something like +ThreadName and it auto suggests thread names? Click and adds Thread-name as link. Similar to the @username include suggestion thing.

@Ezra-Sharp That's a really interesting idea. I don't think I have ever seen or thought of this before. It could definitely be useful though.
