Any plugin to add a field to the topic form

I'm testing notebb for a project. Since I'm fairly inexperienced with it, I need some pieces of advice to add a new field to the top form. If anyone could point me out a plugin or a way to do that, I would be very greatful.

What do you mean by "the top form". Can you provide a screenshot?
