Ah, not really... topic subscriptions are considered (in my opinion) user private data, and that is not shared by default.
You could instruct your users to adjust their settings if they are being notified about a specific topic too often:
Admin/moderate can add moderate notes in user account and only admin/moder can watch this.
How i can change this? I want show moderate notes to all user on forum, but without history changes notes.

@Ny-Kamal there's no way to do this at the moment as the post parent data doesn't contain user icon info
I tried the other emailer (nodebb-plugin-emailer-ssl-smtp) and that works... weird, as I had the local emailer working before, when I had it on my freebsd machine (now centos).
