Chatting with More than 1

Greetings, is there a way to chat with more than 1 person at the same time? I started a chat with someone then wanted to add in a second support person, but can't figure out how to do it. The @name doesn't bring them in. Any suggestions?

Yes indeed!

You can click that as chat owner to add a new user to the chat room.
