Chats only with Admin

Looking to integrate limited chat functionality into forum but only for conversations between users and admin and not between users. Is this currently possible?

@Julian is this possible and alternatively, is there any way for an admin to view all user chats? We are looking to integrate chat but need to be able to see all sent and received messages

I don't think so... we briefly added the ability for admins to view others' chats, but there was quite a bit of backlash since it's an invasion of privacy

I think a ticket systyem would be better.

@julian I am running a community is an educational forum so the ability to view chats is incredibly important. That said, it would be with full-disclosure to participants. Is this possible for me to integrate through a plugin?
