replace that with
Hey guys, this might have already been discussed. I am looking for a way to host users with different languages in the same forum, I realise that the template can be altered to support multiple languages, but when users start posting content, there will be different languages mixed in one homepage, recent articles, EDMs etc, which is not a good experience. Is there any way to tackle this?
I'm interested to see where this goes. We wanted this but didn't come up with even a good idea of what we'd want it to look like. So we created a new forum instead.
@scottalanmiller yeah that's what I had in mind as well, although it would be operationally ineffective, no SSO, and users who share both languages would miss out on content in one forum.
Hey folks, any one has any idea about this?
No, but I am interested in the functionality, too. We would like to add Spanish, German, Portuguese, French and Italian to ours.
I am interested too and answered here: https://community.nodebb.org/topic/12970/nodebb-mu-multisite-network
@Kosiak hmm looks like its not possible with nodebb! We will just have to spin a new instance and host it in a different URL
idk, I am not developer, just webmaster
I hope it will be done someday
