Better use voting

Ik would like to are features like +1 and +2 votings. Maybe topic voting, and hot voting (for popular label) sort topics by votes default and change the icons by + and -.

I like the voting plugin but needs more options.

Topic voting already exists, voting the first post in the topic increases the vote of the topic, you can see topics sorted by votes at https://community.nodebb.org/top
