How to allow both registration, normal and user invites ?

I know that inviting users via emails is now in Node BB core
But is it possible to let other users invite other users and aLSO let new users sign up without invitations , like the normal way of registration?

Because as i see it now, ACP say, registration settings as invite only, or normal.

is there any way to make it both normal + invite >?

there should also be a way so that users topics and posts dont go un noticed such as on Quora we can follow topics, can we follow topics and categories on node bb ?

@faizanzahid You can't have both right now, just set it to normal and you can invite users to your /register page via email or some other tool
