Strange, u'r missing a button.

Maybe this will help for now

http://[yoursite].com/admin/manage/categories/1#privileges

change 1 to the categorie ID.

@fiiily hi, privileges have now been centralized to ACP -> Manage -> Privileges. In the future, please try using the ACP search bar.
