I can't get the Google Analytics plugin to work because of some NPM issue.
Where could I manually copy and pate my Google Analytics code into?

You could try pasting it into a footer widget. That should work.
@pitaj thx but i figured out why it wasnt working as mentioned above, was a js conflict.
Question is does this plugin support the new recaptcha invisible that google just came out with a few months ago?

Not impossible, just not worth the effort. The values are contained in the config hash, so if you want to clear it, you can go in and remove them manually...
