Ability to upload and send pictures/videos in private chat?

Hi,

Just as a feature request, we thought this will be a good idea to keep users entertained on the forum.

A small upload button next to Private chat that will allow users upload and send pics/vids each other? Right now we have to do it using the code language. a button will be great.
