why the doc is difficult to find?

I am trying to use nodebb recently. But the nodebb.org can't find the document about how to install or develop theme and plugin, you need to search by google. it sucks, show the good stuff or advantage is not enough, you need to tell users how to use it and that's the most important thing.....

docs.nodebb.org is the main documentation, there should be links to it several places
