    Is it possible to embed JS into a tooltip to have dynamic text in the navigation bar?

    @PitaJ I was able to do it by giving the nav button a unique ID in the ID section and then just controlling the tooltip/button action in JS under the custom JS section. Surprisingly easy to do as it turns out.

    @jiangcaiyang It works if you do it right. It doesn't take LESS variables, but it does work. Odds are the less styles have higher specificity, so your custom CSS rules are not applied. Use !important or something instead. It will certainly benefit you to not be held back due to incompatibility with newer versions of NodeBB in the future.

    I know that @scottalanmiller is running a relatively high traffic forum on nodebb.

    A lot depends on various factors like if you're running a CDN, what plugins you're running, and any other processes running on the node.

    On my setup, I was running a cluster of three, with a gocamo server, along with redis (for session storage) and mongo, along with (at the time) mysql.

    @yariplus yes something like xenporta or Bob's AMS. Good to know you are working towards something like that. Il keep checking back.

    I figured as I am aware of the diferences, but worth to ask as from my perspective meteor is easier to develop with.
    I am new to NodeBB, and my opinion is that it is an amazing piece of software and the developers did an amazing job.
    It has it all as a skeleton for bigger and better apps (from my perspective) and it is sad that is made just as a forum.
    I am learning now how to extend the nodebb functionality.
