What's the best way to put stickers on a laptop in such a way that they're removable en mass?
-
@alphasixtyfive if you know of someone else selling skins for the Framework 16, I'm all ears.
-
@Edent Sadly I think the only other option is to buy a car wrap and cut it with laser cutter.

@Edent is "a mindset shift to the acceptance of turmoil and an ever-changing life" an acceptable answer?
-
@alifeee it's more "when I need to sell or give away this laptop, can I be arsed to peel off every sticker and clean the residue?"
-
@Edent fair. it'd be interesting to me who would and wouldn't buy a laptop pre-stickered
-
@[email protected] well, if that was your concern then let me assuage your fear by telling you that you won't need to sell or give away the laptop because if you need an upgrade you can just upgrade the internals and keep the shell!

The dbrand skin for the #FrameWork laptop is lovely.
But it does include stickers to cover the fan holesโฆ
Full review coming later - but it is a good (if expensive) covering for a laptop.

@Edent I would assume that Dbrand is smart enough not to cover fan holes, maybe just a bad image (in which case, report it to customer support to fix it).
I bought Dbrand skins like a year ago or so (i'll be honest, I did a bad job on the keyboard one.)

@thibaultmol bad image? It is literally a photo I took of the dbrand skin I received a few days ago.
