Does anyone have any resources/communities/etc. (or firsthand experience you're willing to share) with mild to moderate ME/CFS?

I'm very well acquainted with what severe cases are like, and that's definitely not me, but I'm slowly starting to realize that I've probably had ME/CFS since I was a teenager and not really understood it, and I could use some points of comparison.
